The United States has strict laws relating to immigration. If you are ineligible to enter the United
States, then there are many possible reasons. However, there are waivers that can grant you temporary admissibility, which you have to file.

Reading the law itself may take time because of the lengthy descriptions, so here are some of the most common reasons for you to be denied entry:

But if an inadmissible person is an applicant for T nonimmigrant or U nonimmigrant, then the
temporary waiver application. Form 1-192, should be filed with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services.

Form 1-192 and other additional documents are filed in advance in case you will need to travel to the
United States. This form is normally used by a class of aliens where a nonimmigrant visa is not needed. This waiver is established by the Immigration and Nationality Act to be in access to the public. Most citizens of Canada uses this form as a way to have admission to the United States.
